APPOINTMENT TIME IS UP TO 10 MINUTES. Every effort will be made to keep your appointment on time, however unavoidable delays may occur. We trust that you will be understanding in the event of this occurring.

Not all doctors can perform all kind of medical services. So, if possible, please advise our staff regarding the purpose of the appointment so we can arrange the right doctor and the best appropriate time, e.g. skin cancer checks, Pap smears, travel vaccine etc.

We are an appointments based clinic, however in any urgent cases we are happy to see you without an appointment. For walk-in patients, please arrive at the clinic prior to 5:30pm.
